Do we have to do dry needling or adjustments in a treatment?
No, dry needling and adjustments (spinal manipulation) are just small components of our sessions. We offer a variety of other techniques to help relieve pain, tension, and stiffness. If you're uncomfortable with needles or adjustments, that's perfectly fine.

The number of treatments required depends on your specific condition. Short-term issues may need 3-4 sessions, while chronic conditions may require longer-term care. Your osteopath will discuss the details with you during your session.
